I must say as a Kult Gm for over 10 years, this is one of the best pieces of fan writing for the game bar none. It allows one to create characters who have depth & feeling as well as being the scary, dangerous, & an all around menace to all they encounter. Think Nightbreed mixed with every childhood fear made manifest. ***** up in my opinion but your mileage may vary.
The source book has appeared on various torrents for years now as part of the game Kult. The book isn't one for the faint of heart. The warning isn't put there for kicks. These are dark characters. That' being said these aren't the WOD angst machines. They're PCs with really nasty problem.
The conversion over to a game like Mutant Future or any retroclone is a snap. The various tribes of the night are easily created for any age really. This is a pure link right over the Last Cycle. Have fun with them though Here
